I wouldn't agree

I think that the primary purpose of this board is to showcase creative writing on the topic of boys, boylove and boylovers.

There is no precise definition of what constitutes a boylover. Its a bit like a religion, a wide range of beliefs, tastes, positions and opinions within a "broad church".

Some for example find boys of a certain age attractive but not others or men, others disagree comprehensively but still all call themselves boylovers. Some like girls and/or women as well as boys.

In fact what goes on in the essentially private boxes we call our skulls is totally our secret.

Just think one of the most prominent boylovers of the past decade on these boards (and former FSC member) is Babel-John a hippie woman who became a man.

Like Mary Renault, Dusk enjoys writing homo-erotic fiction involving males. BY all accounts she does this well. I would not presume to analyse why she does this, what her motivations or instincts are or how qualified she is or isn't. She just writes well.

She has a proven track record of moderating other BL related boards.. Crossroads methinks (Christian Boylove Forum mesure).

In any event she can't undertake the job but I would hope that we are willing to think well OUT of the box when finding a new webmaster for this august board.

In fact its quite an exciting challenge. Boywrite deserves it BTW.

love
