OK, here goes.

Seems to me the best way is if I repost in four easy lines, all under one thread. Parts 1-16 as main heading, 17-32 as a response, 33-48 another, 49-63 the last response. That way anyone who wishes to read it can more easily see where he is, not struggle through the whole thing at once. I'll start now.

And then, you guys delete the previous. Good luck with everything, and perhaps the sequel will be ready in a few weeks!
